Through personal experience of working in family businesses and research, the founders of Fainsilber Advisors identified a need in business owning families to attend more closely to the interpersonal matters.
Statistics show that 90% of business in Mexico are family business and 80% of business in the US are family-run, yet only roughly 20% of such enterprises successfully transition to second and third generation leadership/ownership.
Through analyzing available data and conducting independent research, Fainsilber advisors found that the primary reason for such a high attrition is interpersonal conflict.
From a desire to help families resolve conflict and transition successfully between generations, Fainsilber Advisors was born.
